Заказала два пункта по две штуки, пакет пришел с обним, второй забыли положить, связалась с продавцом, обещал отправить другим пакетом и т.к оставолось до конца защиты достаточно времени, я согласилась, первый пакет пришел за 6 недель, второй не пришел, со дня отправки второго пакета прошло 11 недель, ждала до последнего дня защиты, общалась с продавцом, открыла спор который он принял сразу, деньги вернулись.
