Communication with seller was pleasant. I had been selecting among several faucet models and info provided by the seller was really helpful. Shipping fast. Faucet was well packed, although, goods have several damages. I'm pretty sure it was impossible to get such chips (see photos) in that good package during delivery so my assume is that the quality of the faucet was not checked before sending out. That's disappointing. Lever works super smoothly but, as many other customers mentioned, mixer is super noisy. So far can't say anything about the reliability because just installed but the model is very beautiful.
